• Like most office based companies we are closed at weekends, bank holidays and over the traditional Easter, Christmas and New Year periods.  However if you have already made a booking you may contact the vehicle owner directly at anytime, especially if it is urgent on the contact details shown on your itinerary, these are shown in red print.

    For clients who have already booked their wedding car/s and wish to add or change any details of their itinerary we will respond to emails received when we return to the office after the weekend or when the office re-opens after the holiday period.  For clients who have already booked their transport and whose wedding is taking place over the period when the office is closed you will already have been given the vehicle owners/chauffeurs contact details, these are shown in red print on the booking confirmation sent to you by Premier Carriage, therefore for these imminent weddings please contact the vehicle owner/s directly should you have any urgent queries or last minute changes.

    We will endeavour to respond to enquiries submitted by Email and by our online ‘Enquiry Quote Form’ each morning when the office is open. Please check your spam folder if a reply is not received within 24 hours as the logo on our emails can divert the reply there if your computer security setting is very high.

    Please note when the office is closed our telephone gives out a pre-recorded message but does not record answers so even though you may hear a ‘beep’ please do not leave messages as they will not be received, please phone when our telephones are manned during our normal office hours Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm when we will be more than happy to assist, thank you.
