Our telephones are normally manned Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm for general enquiries, vehicle availability and reservations. Like all companies we need to have rest days so our office is closed on Weekends, Bank Holiday’s, Easter, Christmas and New Year periods, however you may send an email at anytime and the address is shown on our contact page. Quote enquiries sent from the website are checked and responded to regularly therefore the longest you will be waiting for a reply is 24 hours during weekdays although most enquiries are answered well within this time period. Online Quote Enquiries and Bookings received over the weekend will be responded to as soon as we re-open after the weekend however we will endeavour to reply within 24 hours where possible. Please ensure you check your email spam folder if you have not received a reply within 24 hours as the logo on our emails can sometimes be mistaken as spam if your computer security filter is set very high.
Please note our offices are closed at weekends, however as Saturday’s are usually busy wedding days if you need to make ‘urgent’ contact about your wedding taking place on the same day or on the Sunday [or Monday if a Bank Holiday] please call your Chauffeur/Vehicle Owner direct via their contact details which are shown on your Itinerary Confirmation in red print.
