  • Payments Types Accepted, as from 1st July 2015

    Payment is accepted by Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking [BACS] or PAYPAL.  Deposits must be received within 72 hours of booking. Balance payments can be made at any time but not later than 42 days prior to the wedding, which is the final date for us to receive payment.

    CHEQUES:    We regret we no longer take cheques as normal payment unless there are exceptional circumstances.  In all cases we do not accept cheques within 42 days of the wedding.

    DEBIT CARD:   In order to pay a Deposit or Full Payment by Debit Card first complete the reservation form, you will then automatically be taken to a ‘secure’ payment system where you can select ‘Debit Card’ payment.  To pay a remaining Balance when due simply click on the purple button  marked ‘Pay a Balance’ at the bottom of your ‘Invoice & Statement of Account’ sent to you at the time of paying your deposit.

    CREDIT CARD:    In order to pay a Deposit or Full Payment by Credit Card first complete the reservation form, you will then automatically be taken to a ‘secure’ payment system where you can select ‘Credit Card’ payment.  To pay a remaining Balance when due simply click on the purple button  marked ‘Pay a Balance’ at the bottom of your ‘Invoice & Statement of Account’ sent to you at the time of paying your deposit.

    BANK TRANSFER:  To pay a Deposit or Full Payment by Internet Banking [BACS] first complete the reservation form, you will then automatically be taken to a ‘secure’ payment system where you can select ‘Bank Transfer’ payment.   Here you will find our main business account details for Santander Bank, take a note of these and then payment can be set up with your own bank and transferred directly to ours.  This is usually transferred the same day if you action this on a working day. If making your final Balance payment by bank transfer please advise Premier Carriage before you make payment if your wedding date is two months or more away so we are aware of imminent receipt and able to identify your payment from others of the same amount.

    PAYPAL:   In order to pay a Deposit or Full Payment by the PAYPAL system you must first complete the reservation form, you will then automatically be taken to a ‘secure’ payment system where you can select ‘PayPal’ payment.  To pay a remaining Balance by Paypal when due simply click on the purple button  marked ‘Pay a Balance’ at the bottom of your ‘Invoice & Statement of Account’ sent to you at the time of paying your deposit.

    Outstanding balances can be paid at any time convenient to the client, however in all cases Premier Carriage must be in receipt of cleared funds not later than 42 days prior to the booked date.  If more than two reminders need to be sent for overdue amounts an administration charge of £20 may be added to the balance unless we have previously been advised the payment will be late and we have agreed  this, so please remember to advise us to avoid a charge.  If not in receipt of the balance due plus any accrued administration charge thirty days prior to the wedding date the booking may be treated as cancelled unless we have agreed a later payment date.  Please see our Terms & Conditions of Hire regarding cancellation.

    The balance amount outstanding and the date when it is due by  will be shown on your ‘Invoice and Statement of Account’ this will provide a breakdown of costs and charges and details amounts already paid and the balance remaining. Please advise Premier Carriage in advance if you are having difficulty meeting the final payment date for any reason, we will always do our best to help where possible.
