Yes it is better this way, this is because if sending details via an ordinary email with your requests the chances are pretty high that some of the answers we need to know will not have been included, also as it takes 10 to 15 minutes to work out quotes for different vehicles from different bases we are unable to do this while on the phone as we need to use online route finders for mileage and also contact owners by phone to confirm availability. This is why a form is better for initial quotes, however it is a very short and concise form and has been designed to ask the minimum of questions we need to know in order to offer an accurate quote, however the good news is that whatever you put on your quote form will be saved so you will not need to re-enter this again if you later decide to go ahead and book a vehicle. We believe we are the only wedding car company that offers this time saving facility to clients, let’s face it none of us particularly like form filling, but sometimes it is necessary plus it also offers the client protection when important things are in writing.
