About this vehicle

This pretty Hillman Minx is a Series 3a model, it has recently been completely restored and is in pristine condition.  Built in the 60’s era, when Carnaby Street in London was the place to shop and the Beatles were No.1 in the charts this beautiful British icon returns you to the days of carefree motoring.  It can comfortably seat three passengers but a fourth can be carried by sitting three slighter passengers or two regular sized adults and a child on the rear bench style seat.   This little gem looks wonderful in its soft pastel twin shades and is ideal for the Bride who wishes to stand out from the crowd.  This classic Hillman Minx is also a TV Star as it will be featured in some TV programmes in 2020 such as ‘Ironbank’ with actor Benedict Cumberbatch.  “Great British Car Journeys” on Channel 4 with presenters Christopher Timothy and Peter Davison shown in one of the photos in the above gallery.  The BBC Drama “Small Axe” directed by Steve McQueen.  It will also be featured in the popular Amazon Series “The Grand Tour” with Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond.
