About This Austin

A closer look at this Austin Princess Vanden Plas Limousine, finished in Old English White with Cream Leather interior

This superb Austin Princess Limousine has always been a firm favourite for weddings as the cabin is enormous and is capable of carrying the fullest of wedding gowns when just the happy couple are travelling, however it can be adapted by use of the occassional drop down seating which then provides seats for up to six passengers in the main cabin and space for a sixth if needed in the front cabin next to the chauffeur. In the traditional wedding colour of white with a warming cream leather interior this is a very elegant way to travel and was considered luxury travel back in the era of the swinging sixties.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this Austin available for weddings outside Hitchin?

Yes. See areas we cover above for the full list, and how to ask about venues further out.

How many people can travel in this Austin?

Seven passengers plus the chauffeur. That's 1 in front and 6 in the rear. Many brides choose to leave an extra rear seat free so the dress has room to spread out and doesn't get squashed on the journey.

Can children and babies travel in this Austin?

Children aged 3 and over can travel in this vehicle. If the vehicle has seatbelts fitted, please bring your own child seat. Children must travel in the rear, and if more than two children need to travel, let us know before booking so we can confirm the arrangement, especially important in classic and vintage cars.
