From Roger Lockwood

This is just to thank you for providing the splendid Routemaster to transport the guests at my daughter's wedding on Saturday.
Both the driver and the "conductor" were tremendous company and Norman, in particular, went out of his way to give our guests the treat they deserved. Please pass them my thanks. I know your team will be used to it, but the passengers greatly enjoyed seeing the public waving at the bus.
My dealings with you have been positive from start to finish - thank you very much indeed.
Best wishes, Roger Lockwood.
