Beauford Wedding Car Hire

The main difference between a convertible and an open tourer Beauford is that an open tourer has a fixed roof with open sides, without a fitted window panel. On the other hand, a convertible Beauford has a fully retractable hood, and side windows which can be removed or lowered.

A fully convertible Beauford has a mechanical roof, usually manually operated. It could take your chauffeur approximately 10 minutes to retract and stow away the roof. 

In most cases, your Chauffeur will arrive at your collection point with the roof up (closed) so that you arrive at the ceremony unruffled by the breeze and picture-perfect.

Most couples like to depart the ceremony with the roof fully down for photo opportunities and for friends and family to see the happy couple depart. Simply advise your driver before you enter the venue if you wish the car to be converted to fully convertible for the onward trip to the wedding reception.

Most Beauford wedding cars will seat up to 3 passengers (2 in the rear and 1 next to the chauffeur). Space for the bride or groom plus parent/s to ride to the ceremony, and for the couple to ride to the reception venue.

Some Beaufords will have had the front passenger seat removed to provide more legroom and space for the bride and her wedding gown. In these situations, they will only seat 2 passengers total (plus driver).

Yes, your Beauford hire car is chauffeur-driven and will arrive to pick you up fully outfitted for the occasion. It will include traditional wedding ribbons (unless you specifically request for them not to be included). These can be in your colour choice too.
