Triumph Herald 12/50 Saloon
Vehicle Ref 649
About this vehicle:
This very cute four-seat Triumph Herald saloon can seat three passengers and a driver in comfort and is such an iconic British car from the 1950’s, 60’s and 70’s and although initially marketed towards the female driver it soon become popular with all groups of citizens, male and female, rich and not so rich. This immaculate example is finished in her original Gunmetal and Wedgewood Blue coachwork with a Blue leather interior and has bright and shiny chrome features plus attractive small fins at the rear which were a Triumph Herald trademark. This is the sought-after 12/50 model which means it comes with a Webasto sunroof or ‘Skylight’ as Triumph called it in its advertising and a much sportier engine, sadly not a sportier chauffeur though !
