Website Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of www.premiercarriage.co.uk, including browsing the site, requesting a quote, and posting a review. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.
Version v.WU1026.1Last updated 27 October 2026
On this page

These terms are about the website. They are not the terms for hiring a vehicle. If you book a vehicle, our Terms of Hire apply to that booking, and they take priority over anything in this document where the two overlap.

1. Who We Are

www.premiercarriage.co.uk is operated by Premier Carriage Wedding Cars Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 04319797. Registered office: 15 Rockstone Place, Southampton, Hampshire, SO15 2EP. VAT number: GB 249 0919 81.

Contact us at enquiries@premiercarriage.co.uk, through our contact page, or on 01202 822 659.

2. Our Role

We are a marketing platform. We advertise vehicles on behalf of independent Vehicle Suppliers, and we arrange bookings between you and those Suppliers as their agent.

We don't own the vehicles. We don't employ the drivers. When you book, your contract is with the Vehicle Supplier, not with us. Our Terms of Hire explain exactly how that works.

Information about vehicles, prices and availability on this site comes from the Suppliers. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate, but we can't guarantee it. Anything you see on a vehicle page is confirmed only when we send you a written itinerary.

3. Other Documents That Apply

  • Privacy Notice, which explains what we do with your personal information.
  • Cookie Policy, which explains what cookies we use and how to change your choices.
  • Terms of Hire and our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which apply if you book a vehicle.
  • Reviews Policy, which explains how we collect and check reviews.
  • Complaints, which explains how to raise a concern.
  • Our Supplier Marketing Agreement, which applies if you list a vehicle with us as a Supplier. We send it to Suppliers directly.

4. Changes

To these terms. We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with a version number and date. Changes apply from the moment we post them, so check back occasionally. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

To the site. We update the site regularly and may change any content at any time. Content may be out of date, and we're under no obligation to update it.

5. Using the Site

The site is free to use. You don't need an account to browse or request a quote.

We can't guarantee the site will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice. We won't be liable to you if the site is unavailable.

You're responsible for arranging your own access to the site, and for making sure anyone using your internet connection knows about these terms.

The site is aimed at people in the United Kingdom. We don't promise the content is appropriate or available elsewhere.

6. What You Must Not Do

Don't use the site:

  • in any way that breaks the law, or for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • to harm or attempt to harm anyone, particularly anyone under 18;
  • to send unsolicited advertising, spam, or chain messages;
  • to copy, scrape, harvest or extract content, data or images, whether manually or using any automated tool, bot or scraper, except as section 8 allows;
  • to collect contact details of Vehicle Suppliers, drivers or clients for your own commercial purposes;
  • to submit false enquiries, fake bookings, or fake reviews;
  • to impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your connection to any person or business.

Don't attack the site. Specifically, don't knowingly introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or any other malicious material. Don't try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected database. Don't run a denial-of-service attack against it.

Doing any of that is a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We'll report it to law enforcement and cooperate with them, including by disclosing your identity.

We may suspend or block your access to the site if we reasonably believe you've breached this section. We may also take legal action.

7. Reviews and Anything Else You Post

If you send us a review, comment, photograph or any other content for publication on the site, this section applies. Our Reviews Policy explains how we collect and check reviews.

7.1 Your content must be honest and lawful

Anything you post or send us must:

  • be accurate, and reflect your genuine experience;
  • be your own, or something you have permission to share;
  • not be defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or likely to harass anyone;
  • not breach anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy;
  • not be misleading about who you are or your connection to a Vehicle Supplier;
  • not promote a competing business.

We only publish reviews from people who have actually used a Supplier through us or dealt with us directly. Fake reviews are a criminal offence under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, and we report them.

7.2 What we can do with it

By sending us content for publication, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, publish, reproduce and adapt it on our website, in our marketing, and on our social media. You keep ownership of it. You confirm you have the right to give us this licence.

7.3 We don't have to publish it

We review content before it goes live. We may decline to publish anything that doesn't meet section 7.1 or our Reviews Policy, or remove anything already published for the same reasons. We never decline or remove a genuine review just because it's negative. We're not obliged to monitor everything on the site, and we don't endorse anything a user posts. Reviews reflect the views of the person who wrote them, not ours.

7.4 If you think something is wrong

If you're a Vehicle Supplier or anyone else and you believe a review or other content on our site is inaccurate, unfair or unlawful, tell us. We'll look at it promptly, contact the person who posted it where we reasonably can, and remove it if we conclude it breaches section 7.1 or the law requires it.

7.5 Removing your own content

Ask us and we'll remove content you posted, unless we need to keep it to deal with a complaint or a legal claim.

8. Our Content and Intellectual Property

We own or license all intellectual property rights in this site and everything published on it. This includes photographs, text, video, layout, design, our name and our logo. Copyright and trademark law protects them. All rights are reserved.

What you may do. Print one copy and download extracts of any page for your own personal, non-commercial use. Share a link to any page with someone else.

What you may not do. Modify anything you've printed or downloaded. Use any photograph, illustration, video or graphic separately from the text it appeared with. Use any part of the site for commercial purposes. Republish our content on another website, marketplace or social account.

If you want to use our content beyond this, ask us in writing first.

If you use our content without permission, your right to use the site ends immediately, and we'll ask you to remove or destroy any copies you've made. We monitor for infringement and we pursue it. We'll seek removal of the material and, where appropriate, damages and costs through the courts. We report infringements to Trading Standards where relevant.

Content supplied by Vehicle Suppliers. Suppliers provide photographs and descriptions of their own vehicles. They confirm to us that they own or have the rights to that material. We're not responsible for any infringement arising from material a Supplier has supplied to us.

9. Don't Rely on Site Content as Advice

Content on the site is general information. It isn't advice, and you shouldn't rely on it as advice. Get professional advice before acting or not acting on anything you read here.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate, but we don't guarantee that content is accurate, complete or up to date.

10. Our Liability

What we never exclude. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that can't be excluded or limited under English law.

If you're a consumer

You have legal rights that these terms don't affect. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other consumer protection law.

We're liable to you for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it's obvious it will happen, or if we both knew it might happen when you started using the site.

We aren't liable for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable, or for loss or damage caused by your own failure to follow these terms.

Our responsibility for anything connected to your booking is set out in our Terms of Hire, not here.

If you're a business

We exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms implied by statute or common law, to the fullest extent the law allows.

We won't be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for: loss of profits, sales, business or revenue; business interruption; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or any indirect or consequential loss.

Our total liability to a business user in connection with the site is limited to £100.

Business users' indemnity. If you're a business user, you'll indemnify us against any claims, liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms. This doesn't apply to consumers.

Viruses and technical harm

We don't guarantee the site is secure or free from bugs and viruses. Configure your own systems and use your own virus protection software. We aren't liable for loss or damage caused by a virus, denial-of-service attack, or other harmful material that affects your equipment because of your use of the site, unless it's caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

11. Linking To Us

You may link to our home page, as long as you do it fairly and legally, and it doesn't damage our reputation or take unfair advantage of it.

Don't suggest any association, approval or endorsement by us where none exists. Don't link from a site you don't own. Don't frame our site within another site.

We may withdraw permission to link at any time, without notice. Any site you link from must meet the content standards in section 7.1.

13. General

If part of these terms doesn't work. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.

If we don't enforce something straight away. That doesn't mean we've given up the right to enforce it later.

Transferring these terms. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another business. We'll tell you if that happens, and it won't affect your rights.

14. Law and Jurisdiction

If you're a consumer, English law governs these terms and their subject matter. You and we agree the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland you may bring proceedings in Scotland, and if you live in Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in Northern Ireland.

If you're a business, English law governs these terms, their subject matter and formation, including non-contractual disputes and claims. We both agree the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
