About This Bentley

A closer look at this Bentley R-Type, finished in Soft White with Chestnut Leather interior

This 1953 Bentley R-Type is a beautiful example of early post-war British motoring, finished in Old English White which is a softer white that gives it a wonderfully classic, romantic presence. With its signature Bentley curves, wide banded white tyres, polished chrome and unmistakable grille with the flying 'B' mascot atop, it’s the kind of car that instantly sets the tone for an elegant wedding arrival.

Inside, the cabin features original-style chestnut brown leather upholstery, rich in character and perfectly matched to the car’s vintage charm. The Bentley comfortably seats up to three passengers – two in the rear and one in the front alongside the chauffeur – making it ideal for the bride and groom and a member of the wedding party, perhaps the senior bridesmaid, or your photographer for photos on the move.

The R-Type is known for its smooth, graceful ride and refined craftsmanship. Despite being over 70 years old, it still offers that unmistakable Bentley blend of comfort and quiet confidence. It photographs beautifully too, with its timeless shape and soft white finish complementing both modern and traditional wedding themes.

Available for hire in London and surrounding areas, this classic Bentley is a wonderful choice for couples who desire a touch of vintage glamour and authentic British heritage on their special day.
