Since the 1930's, British Car Manufacturer, Rolls-Royce, has been at the pinnacle of building luxury vehicles, and many of these are still on the road today. Our collection includes over 300 Rolls-Royce Wedding Cars for hire ranging from the 1930's Vintage Limousine and Phantom to the 1950's and 60's Classic Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith and Silver Cloud to the most modern of today’s Rolls-Royce’s, the luxurious Ghost and Phantom.
Vintage Motoring Elegance started in the late twenties with the world-famous Pre-War Rolls-Royce Ghost. The thirties saw the Vintage Rolls-Royce Phantom Continental and the 20/25 Limousine seating up to 6 passengers. These hand-built automobiles came in all shapes, styles and colours, but all had one standard attribute – Elegance. Many were built in the Midlands factory and the body was left to specialists coach-builders such as H.J Mulliner and Park Ward.
The Classic Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud, is probably one of the most popular classic cars to hire for weddings due to its elegant curves and stylish sweeping lines, and in production from the late 1950's through to the late 70’s. It's tall and imposing radiator grille and polished chrome work add to the grandeur of this popular car.
This era produced the Silver Shadow, The Silver Spirit and Silver Spur and lastly the Rolls-Royce Silver Dawn. All still highly visible on our streets today.

The Classic Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud wedding car has always been a firm favourite amongst our happy couples, not only because of the Classic Styling and Sleek Lines, but also the world-famous Luxury Brand. If you prefer something a little more modern then the Rolls-Royce Phantom and Ghost are a very popular choice for couples who prefer modern day transportation to take them to their civil ceremony or church and wedding venue.
Both are as luxurious as each other with their large V12 engines and imposing Rolls-Royce column grill and the famous ‘Spirit of Ecstasy’ mascot sitting proudly on top. The finest woods and leathers sculptured by British craftmanship can be found in both versions of these Rolls-Royce's. The Rolls-Royce Ghost is considered the more "sporty" version and slightly smaller when compared to the Rolls-Royce Phantom. The Rolls-Royce Phantom has a little more leg-room at the rear as standard but some versions of both Phantom and Ghost have the Extended Wheel Base "EWB" which adds an extra 6 inches of leg room, but this 6 inches does make a real difference to space.
Some of the Vintage and Classic Rolls-Royce Limousines can seat up to 6 Passengers depending on who's travelling in the vehicle. Remember in the early days of motoring passengers tended to be slighter and shorter than we are today and the seating was provided accordingly. Modern Rolls-Royce wedding car hire can seat up to 4 passengers (3 at the rear and 1 next to chauffeur). Remember, before booking be sure to check the seating arrangement for classic or vintage Rolls-Royce you are considering hiring.
Although a modern Rolls-Royce can seat up to 4 passengers, some of the Rolls-Royce Ghost’s or Phantom’s may only seat up to 3 passengers due to their fixed central console between the rear seats.
