This Bentley Forty Special is in fact a sports car from the 1950’s era and is in the classiest colour for a race car of this type, British Racing Green. This is a very long bodied car that has been fully restored and is in excellent condition, it has two low half doors to enter and exit the rear cabin which is made easier by the side steps. Behind the two large chrome headlamps is the engine beneath a long bonnet cover secured by two leather overstraps and with the fuel tank being external is positioned at the rear of the car. Being a convertible it has a hood to protect from the weather but it does not have side window screens so is an open tourer style. The front windscreen does have a wind deflector each side of the main screen which can be folded out to help shield the rear passengers from excessive buffeting. We are happy to arrange a private appointment to view the car should you be in any doubt as to its suitability for your transport.
