You can make changes to your booking at any time with no amendment fees. Once updated, we will reissue your full confirmed itinerary so everyone involved has the latest details in writing.

Can we book multiple vehicles with our Subaru wedding car?

Yes, and many couples do. A main wedding car for the bride, a second car or MPV for bridesmaids, and a coach for evening guests is a common combination.
All vehicles can be coordinated under one booking, so timings and logistics are managed together rather than dealing with separate suppliers.
You do not need to finalise everything upfront either. Many couples secure their main vehicle first and add additional cars later as their plans develop. As long as availability allows, we can adjust your booking as you go.
How do we confirm our booking and what are the payment terms?

A deposit is required to secure your vehicle and date, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before your wedding day. If you are booking within 8 weeks of your wedding, full payment is due at the time of booking.
We accept credit card, debit card, bank transfer and PayPal Pay in 3, which lets you spread the cost across three payments. A useful option to help with cashflow.
Once payment is received, you will get written confirmation covering your vehicle details, chauffeur information, agreed itinerary and balance due date. If you have any questions about payment before booking, just get in touch.
