5/5 Stars – Fantastic Routemaster Experience!We had an incredible experience with this bus hire company for our event!Our main point of contact, Rory, was absolutely amazing and everything we could have hoped for. He made the planning process seamless and stress-free. On the day, the Routemaster bus was extremely clean and presented beautifully. Our guests had the absolute best time!The only minor hiccup we had was a brief period where I couldn't get my phone to connect to the bus speakers via Bluetooth to play our music. However, the bus driver was incredibly kind and accommodating. he let us use his own connection to play our playlist so the party didn't stop! That kind of excellent customer service really saved the day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a classic Routemaster hire. Thank you all again for a memorable trip! 

David phoned me the day before to check all the details and he couldn’t have been more professional on the day. He was so lovely and nothing was a problem for him. The van was absolutely beautiful and he had decorated it beautifully with flowers and ribbons. Would recommend 100%

The process of booking our wedding transport was quick and easy! The pictures accurately matched the car we booked. The car was in great condition, very clean and comfortable. I had an absolutely amazing experience ash was my driver and he was more than fantastic he was so polite made conversation was on time there was a few hiccups getting there(traffic ect) but he remained professional and still got me there on time id give more stars If I could the car was so comfy and clean i would definitely use this company again and will be reccomending it
