Do I need to pay a deposit to hire a bus for my wedding?

If you’re booking more than six weeks in advance of the ceremony, it’s £100 to secure your vehicle. We use deposits on booking, but for up to 24 hours, we are happy to reserve your wedding coach hire whilst the payment is made. If we do not get it in a timely manner, we will open the vehicle up to others. A little over six weeks out, bookings require full upfront payment. You can make quick and secure payments using a number of major cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Can you help organise flowers for the bus hire for my wedding?

Many of our wedding cars feature a silk flower arrangement in classy tones like ivory or cream, but this is optional. If you prefer fresh flowers, your chauffeur can confirm shelf measurements, but be aware they may wilt or get damaged, especially in summer. Keep in mind silk arrangements are low-maintenance and beautifully complement any wedding style.

How many hours can I hire a wedding bus for?

Wedding car hire times depend on your needs. For a simple one-way trip, the minimum hire is usually 1 hour. But if you're planning to have stops for photos or require waiting, the time can range from two to six hours or more. To make things easier and avoid last-minute changes, it's best to secure the right amount of time from the start with some careful planning.

What if I require extra travelling time at the last minute?

If you need extra travel time at the last minute, we’ll do our best to help out! However, it’s always a good idea to double-check your times and schedules when booking to ensure everything will run smoothly. To avoid any last-minute stress, try adding a little extra time for any unexpected delays. If you need more time, there might be a small additional charge depending on our coach and vintage transport availability.

Do you provide coach hire services for other special days & events?

We mainly provide transport for weddings, civil partnerships, funerals, and film productions. Because of insurance rules, our company does not provide transport for events like birthdays, proms, or summer day events. The UK law requires special licenses for these events, which are costly and not sustainable or practical for many classic car owners. Of course, we’re always happy to assist with luxury wedding bus hire and funeral events.
