If a wedding car was offered at a discounted price because this was part of a package, for example ‘Book one car and receive another at a Discounted Price’ or a discount was offered because vehicles were booked ‘As a Pair’ then should you cancel any part of that package the special offer discounted price will also be cancelled and the car that was on special offer [should you still require this car] will have it’s costs re-calculated at the prevailing standard rates and mileage charges in force at the date of cancelling. The reservation deposit for any vehicle/s you are cancelling will be lost.
If the special offer was a discount for ‘Advance Payment’ and you subsequently cancel your booking then as long as you cancel more than 28 days prior to the booked date your full payment made in advance will be returned, minus the reservation deposit which will be lost as per our Terms & Conditions of Hire. If your booked wedding date is brought forward and it then means your full payment has been held in our account less than 12 months which is a condition of this discount, you will be required to pay us the amount we discounted in order to finalise the balance outstanding. Please note, the ‘Advance Payment’ discount is not a permanent feature and therefore is not always available.
If you received a lower quote at a ‘Late Availability’ rate which was given because your wedding was due to take place within 21 days of making your booking and subsequently the date of your wedding is put back so that it is then due to take place more than 21 days from the original date your booking was made the ‘Late Availability’ rate will be cancelled and the car will be re-quoted at the current standard rate.
