  • Nowadays, as card payments and bank transfers can be more or less immediate or certainly within a few hours when you advise Premier Carriage you wish to book a vehicle or vehicles Premier Carriage will remove them from our availability list and provisionally hold the vehicle/s in your name for a full 24 hours while awaiting the securing reservation deposit and will not hire the vehicle/s to any other client during this period.   However it is important to note that a booking is not in place until a securing deposit has been received, which means after 24 hours if no deposit has been received or you have not contacted us about the pending deposit the vehicle’s will automatically become available for other clients to hire, although as a courtesy we would normally check with you first to ensure you no longer require the vehicle/s.   After 48 hours if no deposit has been received and you have not contacted us about the then overdue deposit payment we will be free to release the vehicle/s for other clients without further contact with you.  If you do need a little longer to make the payment do let us know beforehand, we will always try to help where we can.
