Further Vehicle Information

This vehicle was delivered new for The Governor of Uraguay to an exeptionally high specification including right hand drive which makes her very special being one of only five like her still in existence.  This car has starred in the Agatha Christie ‘Poirot’ Films and was regularly seen travelling the roads in Salcombe and Torquay during the filming of ‘Poirot’ shot on location here.  She has also had some famous passengers in her time including HRH Princess Anne, David Suchet, Sterling Moss, Les Dawson to name but a few. Although a convertible she has a roof and sidescreens which can be quickly erected to protect passengers should the weather not be as hoped on your special day. This superb Vintage Chevrolet  would make an excellent pair with the Jaguar XJ8 Executive [ref 271] in the Modern Cars section, which could be an ideal car for the Bridesmaids.  We have two matching red Jaguars if three cars are required.
