What are your business office hours, and how do we contact you.
Our telephones are manned from Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm for general enquiries, vehicle availability and reservations. As our registered office premises are located in the grounds of our private residence should you wish to visit [Monday-Friday 9am-3pm] this must be by a prior arranged appointment only, and we thank you for this courtesy. Please also note that No vehicles are garaged at this address for viewing. Like all companies we need to have rest days so our office is closed at Weekends and Bank Holiday's, however we still check and reply to the 'Email Form’ which you can complete on-line via the ‘Contact’ button above. The Email Enquiry Forms are checked and responded to daily including outside of our normal office hours therefore the longest you will be waiting for a reply is 24 hours although most enquiries are answered well within this time period. Online 'Email Enquiry Forms' received over the weekend will be responded to as soon as we re-open after the weekend however we will endeavour to reply within 24 hours where possible. Please ensure you check your email spam folder if you have not received a reply within 24 hours as the logo on our emails can sometimes be mistaken as spam if your computer security filter is set very high.
Please note, Saturday’s are usually busy wedding days so if you need to make contact about your wedding taking place on the same day or on the Sunday [or Monday if a Bank Holiday] please call your Chauffeur/Vehicle Owner direct via their phone numbers shown on your booking confirmation.
