If we need to amend our booking do we contact the vehicle owner or Premier Carriage.

Once you have made your booking all contact including any changes, amendments or updates should continue to be made through Premier Carriage and not with the vehicle owner.  Premier Carriage keeps a full record of your booking from the initial enquiry, including your reservation details and the itinerary and amendments as and when these are requested by you. If you suddenly decide to change something direct with the owner then theirs and our records will differ and as Premier Carriage makes all the changes to the itineraries not the owners this could cause problems later on, therefore to avoid confusion all contact should continue to remain with Premier Carriage so you are only dealing with one person throughout. Your itinerary will list everything you have requested and this exact itinerary is also given to the vehicle owner/driver.

 

The only time we do ask you to make direct contact with the owner is about 3 or 4 days prior to the wedding to run over the finalised details together so you can rest assured all is well as we do appreciate this will be a big day for you so reassurance direct from the owner/driver carrying out your wedding travel will give you this.  It is then 3 or 4 days prior to the wedding when contacting the owner that you can tell the driver the little additional things you would like them to know, perhaps directions to locate your collection address a little easier, or about specific parking areas by your house etc, the little things that do not need to be in your itinerary but you would like the driver to be aware of anyway.  Naturally if you wish to contact the owner at any time just to say 'hello' then of course you would be more than welcome and we know they would be happy to hear from you.  However any changes to your itinerary must be made through Premier Carriage.
