How do we Pay our Balance when it's due.

There are four ways to make your balance payment and these are detailed below.  We do not accept any payment through our office over the telephone.  Balance payments must be received by us not later than 21 days prior to the wedding date which is the final date for payment to be received to avoid an Overdue Balance charge.

 

Cheque:   Please make your balance cheque payable to 'Premier Carriage Co Ltd' and send it to  Premier Carriage Co Ltd, 251 Ringwood Road, Verwood, Dorset. BH31 7AG.   Your four digit booking reference number and wedding date must be written on the reverse of the cheque.  Cheques will not be accepted as payment within 21 days of the wedding date therefore please ensure you mail your cheque in plenty of time to avoid then having to pay by other means.  As we are unable to return late arriving cheques these will be safely destroyed by our cross shredder machine.  If you have booked more than one vehicle just one cheque can be sent to cover the whole amount, if champagne has been requested please ensure this has also been included in your cheque total.

Internet or Telephone Banking:   You can pay your balance payment directly into our business account via this means which is probably the most convenient and simplest, you will need the following details when setting up this payment.  

Bank: Santander.    Account Name: Premier Carriage Co Ltd.    Account Number: 40145637.     Sort Code: 09-06-66

IMPORTANT  You must always advise us before your make any direct payment into our account. Your four digit booking reference number must be used as your reference, this is shown on the top of the itinerary confirmation we sent you. Your payment could be credited to the wrong wedding if you do not advise us first and do not use your booking reference number.  Please note you will not be able to make any payment over the bank counter into this account, Internet or Telephone banking ONLY.

Cash   If you wish to pay by cash you will first need to contact Premier Carriage and we will give you our secondary account details, you will then be able to go into any local branch of 'Santander Bank' and pay in cash over the counter.  We do not accept cash payments at our offices. Payments made this way are credited to our account the same day. Please remember to retain a receipt as your record of payment.

Debit Card:    If you wish to pay by debit card you will be able to go into any convenient branch of 'your own bank' and pay the balance with your debit card. Depending on your bank, the payment can take anything between 1 and 3 working days to reach our account.  You will need these details:

Note:  Before making your final payment please check the itinerary confirmation we sent you to ensure you have advised us of all the information we required, eg Timings, Postcodes, Ribbon Colours, Contact Numbers etc.  Standard Ivory Ribbons will be provided if you have not advised of a colour.  If some details are still to be advised you must notify us before your balance is paid especially if you need to amend your trips by changing or adding destinations as your final payment amount may need to be adjusted.
