How do we contact you when your office is closed.

Like most office based companies we are closed at weekends and bank holidays and occasionally for other annual holiday periods however we will always try to be available at least once a day during weekends and holiday periods to offer quotes and to check vehicle availability as we appreciate the client is planning a big event and needs to prepare.  Although during weekends and holiday periods our office staff will not be available for telephone contact we will respond to the 'Email Form' sent from the 'Contact' section of our website as long as this has been fully completed.  The form has been specifically designed to give us all the information we will require in order to offer a quote, therefore if the form is not fully completed or you have not given your vehicle choices by their reference numbers we will be unable to respond.

Along with telephone contact we will not be available over weekends and holiday periods to answer general email enquiries. We will only answer those enquiries requiring vehicle availability and quotes submitted on the 'Email Form' from this website.  The only exception to this is if the client sends a standard email to make a firm booking for a vehicle, in which case we will email the client confirming the booking so they can rest assured during our closure period knowing the vehicle they require is then reserved for them.

For clients who have already booked their wedding car/s and wish to add or change any details of their itinerary they will be responded to by Premier Carriage after the weekend or when the office re-opens after the holiday period.  For clients who have already booked their transport and whose wedding is taking place over the period when the office is closed you will already have been given the vehicle owners/chauffeurs contact details, these are shown in red print on the booking confirmation sent to you by Premier Carriage, therefore for these imminent weddings please contact the vehicle owner/s directly should you have any queries or last minute changes.

Although we are unable to guarantee this, where possible we will endeavour to respond to enquiries submitted on 'Email Forms' each morning over the period when the office is closed so the longest you will be waiting for a reply during this time will be 24 hours, however we will always try to reply within this timescale if we can.  Please check your spam folder if a reply is not received within 24 hours as the logo on our emails can divert the reply there if your computer security setting is very high.

The office re-opening date [after holiday periods] will be notified on our website, or if calling by telephone a pre-recorded message will be relayed. Please note our telephone only gives out pre-recorded messages but does not record answers so even though you may hear a 'beep' please do not leave any messages as they will not be received, thank you.   Our normal office hours are shown in the 'Contact' section of our website.
