Could you arrive back later in the evening and drive the Bride & Groom from the reception venue to the place where they will be staying overnight.

This will depend on the area of your collection and destination and also whether you are booking any of our vehicles for the daytime ceremony, however nearly all of the Classic and Vintage cars would not be available for the late night collection of passengers due to insurance reasons, not forgetting your own safety as most of the older vehicles lighting would not be suitable for today’s modern road conditions during darkness especially in country roads and on fast motorways, however modern cars of course would not be affected.  The Only vehicles that would be considered for an evening collection are those that are shown in the 'Late Night Collection' section of the website, to locate these vehicles click on the 'Our Vehicles' button above, then use the drop down list for 'Vehicle Type' and click on 'Late Night Collection' then from the 'Wedding Area' drop down list click on the county of your collection/destination area.  Please bear in mind we are unable to provide vehicles for late night collections if this is all you require, you must have booked a vehicle through Premier Carriage for the daytime wedding event also for us to include the evening collection under a wedding hire agreement to satisfy insurance company requirements.  If you do not require our vehicle/s for the daytime wedding and only require an evening collection we regret you will need to locate a company that has 'Private Hire Insurance' and searching Google for 'Private Hire Vehicles' or 'Executive Car Hire' should bring up some results.

For reasons of safety and visibility the car would not be in wedding ribbons during darkness hours as not only would the police be concerned, but your own safety remains our No.1 priority. The evening collection would be at an additional charge and would not be included in the prices already shown on the website for daytime itineraries, a separate quote would be given on request and this will be based on the actual time of the hire and the mileage involved as everything depends on total mileage, base to base. The evening collection prices would normally reflect the time of collection so bear in mind the later you wish to be collected in the evening the higher the cost will become and if collection is in the early hours of the next day then costs would become considerably higher to account for the unsocial hours, as you will appreciate Premier Carriage is a daytime wedding hire company not a 24 hour private hire company but we will help if we can within the limitations of insurance policies and local authority licences.  Please also note the costs will be considerably higher if the vehicle you choose is not based local to your collection and destination area.

Although we do not like suggesting this, sometimes it is worth considering booking a regular taxi or mini cab from a local firm for the evening collection as not only will costs be very much lower but in our experience not many passengers remember their late night drive to the hotel due to the earlier 'festivities' of the day !  so perhaps this is one area where costs could be kept down as we know all too well the high cost of weddings today.
